From the firm's multi-disciplinary structure emerged a unique "design-build" environment where a seamless integration of applied knowledge, real world experience, and adaptive management strategies are incorporated at the earliest stages ensuring better understanding of the goals and objectives of each project.   As a true design-build firm, Ecotone's restoration designers can often be found in the field working alongside foremans, operators, and technicians to ensure the project's design intent is implemented with precision and efficiency.

As a result, we have created a team of real estate experts, ecologists, geomorphologists, landscape architects, GIS analysts, construction specialists, and project managers with extensive technical experience in all aspects of ecosystem restoration and mitigation banking.  Our team is well rehearsed in working with a diverse group of public and private stakeholders and is fully capable of streamlining project delivery and effectively reducing costs while providing a restoration project with lasting aesthetic and ecological benefits.

Please feel free to learn more about our key personnel below.
