Ecotone has executed and completed numerous environmental credit banks in the Eastern U.S. We purchase land or easements on environmentally significant parcels of property, with the goal of restoring ecological function on the property with residual benefits to adjacent parcels and downstream water quality. On many of our projects we are able to offer mitigation credits or offsets to meet the requirements of local, state, and federal environmental regulatory agencies.
